3.My item is out of stock. What do I do?
Feel free to visit our store for any replacement items you might like. You can either reply to any e-mail we have sent you with the names of the new items or ask help with our Live person.
4.I am entering my credit card information in correctly, but i´ve received an e-mail stating my order was declined. What should I do?
Please Make sure that the name and billing address on your credit card matches the one that you give us when you make your order. Do not make any abbreviations on this billing address. Also make sure your AVS number (security code on the back) is correct as well. If this does not work, please try another credit card.
